RMH LOYALTY PROGRAM

In the "Loyalty" area the user can proceed to create his own account by registering his card. The data released through the registration procedure shall be processed by Des Arts Srl to allow the registration to the Site and the use of the services reserved to registered users, including the possibility of monitoring the points accumulated with the "Loyalty" card.

The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is the user's consent, to be freely expressed before the sending of the data and thus the creation of the personal account. For this purpose the data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to carry out the processing activity or, alternatively, until the user does not proceed with the cancellation of his/her account.

For this purpose Des Arts Srl will process the user's personal data in order to:

• allow the user to access and browse the Site
• allow the user to register on the Site, creating an account, and to use the services reserved for registered users
• allow the user to access the Site and navigate as a logged-in user, recognizing the user regardless of the device used;
